For cross-border EU shipments, delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on the destination country. If your delivery address falls outside our standard coverage area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier services. We select reliable logistics partners to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time. The specific courier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on the destination, package dimensions, and weight. Courier details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

For national deliveries within Romania, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch. For cross-border deliveries within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier workload, customs processing for cross-border shipments, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. 9. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., no one is available at the delivery address), the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup point for a limited period.
