Returns & Withdrawal Right

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 9 OUG 34/2014)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period runs from the day you acquire physical possession of the last good.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 10-11 OUG 34/2014)

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal written declaration sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period. You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may send your declaration by: (a) email to italianafilatipregiati@gmail.com, or (b) post to IFP FILATI PREGIATI SRL, Str. Erou Apetrei, Nr.23, Mun. Piatra Neamt, Jud. Neamt, Romania. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. RETURN OF GOODS (Art. 13-14 OUG 34/2014)

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. 5. COST OF RETURNING GOODS (Art. 14 para. 2 OUG 34/2014)

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the seller.

6. REFUND (Art. 13 OUG 34/2014)

We shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS (Art. 14 para. 2 OUG 34/2014)

The goods must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging where possible. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to a proportional reduction in the refund amount.

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Art. 16 letter c OUG 34/2014)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. This includes, but is not limited to, yarn that has been custom-dyed or specially processed according to your specific requirements. You will be clearly informed before placing an order if a product falls under this exception.

9. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS (Legal Guarantee)

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (as provided by Romanian law) are separate from and in addition to the right of withdrawal. In such cases: (a) you have the right to request repair, replacement, a proportional price reduction, or termination of the contract; (b) the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect goods will be borne by IFP FILATI PREGIATI SRL; (c) please contact us at italianafilatipregiati@gmail.com or +40 730 012 045 as soon as you discover the defect, providing a description and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days with instructions.

10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ANPC)

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a return or refund, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
