Pure cashmere from Cariaggi in the soft grey-beige shade Mica. This fine 2/28 yarn develops cashmere's characteristic halo and luxurious softness once washed. Run on fine gauge machines (7-12 gg) or hold double or triple on a standard 5 gg machine. Essential: wash after knitting to remove spinning oil—the yarn blooms and changes dimensions significantly. Mica pairs beautifully with deeper tones for colorwork.
