Description
Pure cashmere from Cariaggi in Perseus colourway, spun to an exceptionally fine 2/28 count. This yarn runs at fine gauge (7-12 gg), or held double or triple on a standard 5 gg machine. Remember that cone yarns ship lightly oiled from industrial spinning — knit a swatch, wash it, then measure your gauge. The yarn blooms and softens once the oil washes out. Cool wash, dry flat, and expect some pilling with wear as cashmere naturally develops its characteristic halo.
