Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order?
The €500 minimum applies only to orders at stock (discounted) prices. At regular prices there is no minimum — from a single cone up to full production quantities.
What languages do you speak?
We speak English, Italian, Romanian and Russian — you deal directly with the owners, not a call center.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship from our warehouse in Romania with tracked couriers: 1–3 business days within Romania, roughly 5–10 across the EU. Outside the EU we ship with full customs documentation.
What is your return policy?
Under EU law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods — the yarn must be unused and in its original condition. Custom-dyed or specially processed orders are final sale.
