Pure cashmere yarn from Loro Piana mill in a rich chestnut brown. At 2400 metres per 100g, this is exceptionally fine cobweb-weight yarn requiring approximately 7-12 gauge machines, or held double or triple on standard 5 gauge equipment. Essential: wash your swatch after knitting as the yarn ships with spinning oil and will bloom and change dimensions once cleaned. Beautiful drape with cashmere's characteristic soft halo.
